Laser cutting and engraving is a non-contact method of material processing. It allows the processing of a variety of materials, such as plywood, leather, paper, foam rubber, fabric and much more. All our Mr Beam devices are delivered ready to use. After unpacking, all you have to do is connect the laser head and the air filter system and you're ready to go. The operation of Mr Beam II dreamcut [x] works via a web application in the Chrome browser, so no software installation is necessary. The integrated WLAN also enables a fast connection, even without Internet - ideal for use at trade fairs and markets.

The [x] stands for e Xtrem Our 10W laser head is ideal for power users who cut a lot of wood. The motto is: more power. more speed. more creativity !

With the new laser head, you can now cut even faster and also process thicker materials. White acrylic is no longer an impossibility and up to 8mm plywood is no longer a problem for our new laser head (the laser must of course also be clean and the focus must be set correctly).

Caution: The laser has so much more power with the new laser head that the cutting mat is no longer suitable for it. Please switch to a suitable alternative, such as our magnetic clips.

Note: More throughput also means more material abrasion! This means for everyone who uses the Air Filter: your filters will be full faster. We are already working on the next filter generation. This will be put in the shop later this year!

Please note that due to the product launch, the delivery time will be around 7 to 10 working days. Longer if demand is high. The "first come - first served" principle applies. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

For user-friendly use of the device, the Mr Beam II dreamcut [x] has an integrated camera on the safety cover. As soon as this is opened, a photo of the entire work area is taken every few seconds, enabling precise placement of the materials to be processed. The process saves a lot of time, since the position of the laser template does not always have to be precisely measured in advance - just trick it in and get started.

Please keep the original packaging and buffer material. This is absolutely necessary if the Mr Beam has to be sent in for an inspection or repair, for example.

Can I return ordered products?

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that, for example, if you purchase a device, this means that it may only be used for testing purposes during the 14-day period. We reserve the right to charge for excessive loss of value. To test the Mr Beam, we recommend renting it in advance. If materials/filters/accessories have been demonstrably damaged during testing and trying out, we reserve the right to demand compensation

How much are the shipping costs?

Free shipping inside of Germany. If you come from another country, shipping will be calculated during checkout.

What is actually covered by the Mr Beam laser cutter's warranty and what is repaired?

The guarantee covers all repairs that arise from possible production or device errors. This applies to the mechanical components as well as all relevant components, safety devices and software. We must invoice for repairs resulting from handling errors or accidental damage by the customer - as this requires us to use additional and unscheduled working time and spare parts. If you have a problem with your Mr Beam, contact us via our ticket system.
